The actress, who won an Oscar gold for her performance as a lesbian serial killer in "Monster" in 2003, was crowned as Esquire's "sexiest” woman alive.
Charlize Theron has everything a woman wants ... and probably everything a straight man wants.
In the magazine, the South African beauty said:
"I know what I am now, too. I'm American".
"I grew up in a country that learned the lesson that you can't impose your way of life on 26 different kinds of people just because you call yourself righteous. I think there are lessons this country (the United States) still has to learn."
And the articles editor of Esquire, said:
"She combines unbelievable beauty with a smart mind and this attitude like she's almost one of the guys -- like you could hang out and have a beer with -- and all of that adds up to sexy,"
