And it seems the Coronation Street actress is enjoying a break along the tropical culture following her vacation in St Vincent on Thursday, January 9, 2014.
The 30-year-old displayed her washboard abs and toned, tanned limbs in a black bikini as she hit the pool with her female friends.
On another occasion, the beauty decided to making her glossy muscle with boxing activity and a spot of kayaking along the beach.
But whatever her tactics for getting through the horror of the changing room lighting, she has been gave a great option for us to take care our health so comprehensively.
Yep, the gal definitely knows how to launch some fireworks.

Catherine Tyldesley displayed her flawless figure in a black bikini
during a vacation in St Vincent on Thursday, January 9, 2014.

Coronation Street actress joined her free time with a female friend
while enjoying a lazy day moment around the hotel poolside.
It
might seem like a risky choice, but the 30-year-old seemed in high
spirits as she worked out with a personal trainer on the perfect white
sands.
Thanks for lunchtime cocktail without feeling too guilty
and the beauty later encouraged her female friend to hit the ocean for a
spot of kayaking.
