Jane Seymour showcased her perfect anatomy in a blue bikini during her vacation in Hawaii on Thursday, January 2, 2014.
And she didn’t afraid to showing off the gym result while spending some quality time with her family in the sand.
But how she did back her perfect body as in 1977.
The
beauty looks incredible on the cover of this week's issue of Closer
Weekly. And she admitted: “God, I’m in better shape now in some
ways than I was when I was doing the [1973] Bond film [Live and Let Die].”
The actress with Roger Moore in Live and Let Die.
The British-born actress who has four children from two of her four marriages seen around the age of 30.
"I
just want to be as healthy as I can be for as long as I can. No diets
here. I hate to deny myself things. If I have pasta, I'll just
eat half of it," She added to the Closer Weekly magazine.
The
62-year-old doesn't do diets but does do a lot of exercise including
tri-weekly gym sessions, tennis, golf and swimming.
